A separate Excel-based system the Treasurer keeps, tracking every dollar of club income and expenses.
Use it when: you need the full financial picture — not just registrations, but every expense and every source of income.
The Treasurer's own spreadsheet, separate from every other system on this page. It captures all financial detail for income and expenses. Where appropriate — membership fees, bonspiel or other event fees, and so on — figures are copied or entered into Curling Manager so each member's account is up to date. E-transfer payments are also entered into other systems, such as Friday Night Social Curling and the Concert App, when necessary.
Model a fee increase before the Board votes on it. Enter a percentage, get every new fee.
Use it when: fees are on the agenda.
A calculator for one specific job. It starts from the current fee sheet, applies the increase you choose, and gives you three things: the new fee for every league and category, the exact values somebody has to type into Curling Manager afterwards, and a checklist of the website pages that mention a price. It changes nothing on its own — you can open it and try numbers with no risk at all.

Use it when: a member asks about their registration, their fees, their team, or a league schedule.
Curling Manager is a product we rent from a company called Ricon Consulting. It holds the membership list, takes registrations and payments, builds the league schedules and standings, sends member announcements, and hosts ennismorecurlingclub.com. It is the club's system of record — the other systems copy their member lists from it, never the other way round. Members sign in themselves with their own login; you cannot see their password and you do not need to.
Who is working which shift. Bonspiel and event staffing lives here, and so do the reports that arrive on their own three times a week.
Use it when: you need to know whether a bonspiel is staffed, or you want this week's staffing report.
VolunteerHub keeps the volunteer roster and the shift sign-ups for every event. Its member list is imported from Curling Manager, so a brand-new member may not appear until the next import. The staffing report you want is inside VolunteerHub under Events — it rebuilds itself every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, so there is nothing for you to run. Just open the newest one.
Sign-up and PIN lookup for the Friday night draw. It only handles Friday nights — nothing to do with league registration or membership fees.
Use it when: you are running or checking the Friday draw, or a member cannot find their PIN.
A small app of our own, at friday.eccvolunteers.ca, built because Friday social needs teams drawn fresh each week and Curling Manager does not do that. Members enter a PIN to sign up for a given Friday; the app draws the teams. Its member list is imported from Curling Manager, which is what the PIN lookup reads. The admin panel is where you re-import that list and where you see who has signed up.
Concerts and ticketed events in the banquet hall. Keeps its own copy of the member list so members get the member price.
Use it when: you are setting up a concert, selling or checking tickets, or refreshing the member list.
Another app of our own, for hall concerts — the events Curling Manager has no idea about, because they are not curling. It holds the event, the ticket prices and who has bought what. Members are imported from Curling Manager so the app can tell a member from a non-member at the door. Since version 1.7.32 that import stays on the server permanently — you no longer have to re-import every time you refresh the page.
Drives what shows on the screens in the club — draws, scores and event notices.
Use it when: the screen in the club is showing the wrong thing, or is blank.
A display app that feeds the club's screens. You do not need it to run a league or a bonspiel — it is only for whoever is looking after the screen. If the screen is blank, the usual cause is that the machine driving it has been switched off or unplugged, not the app.
